Logan is the only freshmen on our team. He is extremely coachable and has a great attitude. He is very skilled offensively and has improved a lot on the defensive side of the puck with his physical play. Logan had an amazing game on Saturday starting our scoring with a rebound goal. He followed it up with a beautiful shot at the power play as well as a nice backhand goal to complete the hat trick! His skilled play also earned him two assists for a 5-point game.

I would first like to thank both Jim Fox and Derek Armstrong for their work done with the High School Hockey League . They have set a high standard that I look to continue. I look forward to close communication with all the teams to provide a platform for these student athletes to grow both on and off the ice. Let’s all have a great season.

• Scholarship must be used for secondary education after high school

• Currently registered and rostered on an LAKHSHL team
• Played in a minimum of 50% of their LAKHSHL games as of 12/31 of the current season
• Performed some type of community service in the past calendar year
• One page essay on the community service and career goals

Adlina is the anticipated Valedictorian at Bishop Garcia Diego High School, in Santa Barbara. Known for her high IQ on the ice given her ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously by anticipating behaviors and making quick decisions, the same can be said of Addy in the classroom. Addy never plays her hand, always observing, but on the edge of her seat and most alive when faced with an opportunity for competition, creativity and problem- solving. These traits have served Addy well in tackling the most rigorous courses available at her high school, while consuming college courses along the way to push the boundaries of her education. With a quiet confidence, Addy is in her element in a laboratory setting, where she is driven to find answers, but exceptionally patient with trial and error. Yet, Addy is also in her element in an entirely different but equally creative space, with the written word, currently in the process of writing a novel! Never satisfied with the status quo, Addy is pushing new boundaries in senior year, serving on the Campus Ministry Team as a role model to undergraduates. In this leadership position, Addy is relied upon to engage in public speaking and leading bonding activities that encourage risk taking and deep reflection meant to inspire personal and spiritual growth among peers.

CIH Media began in 2020 as a way for up-and-coming sports broadcasters to have their voice heard. Starting with a high school hockey game in March of 2021, the network has broadcast over 100 live high school sporting events, including softball, lacrosse and soccer. The LA Kings High School Hockey is the latest edition to a portfolio that now spans Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties, as well as the greater Las Vegas area.
